01. Our mailboxes

We don’t use a ticket portal. Email is honest and works.

02. Delete my account

We are working on an in-app self-service flow (it’s near the top of our list). Until it ships, this is the path:

  1. Send an email from the address tied to your MinineSTT account to [email protected] with the subject line “Delete my account”.
  2. If you signed in with Apple using a private relay address, mention the display name visible in Settings → Account so we can match the request.
  3. We’ll confirm receipt within 2 business days, and complete the deletion — including all server-side sessions, audio in S3, team memberships, and the account record — within 14 days.
  4. Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Cancel them in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → MinineSTT. Deleting your MinineSTT account does not cancel the App Store subscription on its own.

03. Export my data

Per-session export is built in: open a session and choose Export. You can pick Plain Text, Speaker Text, SRT, Bilingual SRT, Bilingual Text, or JSON.

For a full export (everything we store about you, including audio), email [email protected] with the subject line “Export my data”. We’ll prepare a ZIP containing:

  • Your account record (provider, email, display name, member-since).
  • All your sessions as JSON, with full transcripts and translations.
  • All audio files in their original .m4a form.
  • A short README.txt explaining the layout.

We aim to deliver within 14 days. Large archives are sent via a time-limited download link.

04. Security disclosure

We welcome responsible reports. Email [email protected] with:

  • A description of the issue and its impact.
  • Steps to reproduce, including any test accounts you used.
  • Whether you’ve disclosed the issue elsewhere.

Please give us a reasonable window to fix the issue before publicly discussing it. We do not currently offer a paid bug bounty, but we’ll credit researchers who want to be named once a fix has shipped.

Out of scope: issues that require a jailbroken device, social engineering of our team, denial-of-service through volumetric load, and anything reported by a non-functional automated scanner.

For legal notices including DMCA take-down requests, contract proposals, and regulatory or law-enforcement requests, write to [email protected]. We respond to lawful, properly-scoped requests promptly. We will not provide user data without legal process where it is required.

06. Response times

  • Support / general: within 2 business days.
  • Privacy requests (access, deletion, export): confirmed within 2 business days; completed within 14 days.
  • Security: acknowledged within 2 business days; remediation timeline depends on severity, communicated as we triage.
  • Legal / regulatory: as required by the request type.
